Our consultant will send you qualified applicants to interview for the position and when an offer is made by you and accepted by the applicant, he/she will be eligible for immediate hire.

Our consultant will interview each candidate for the necessary qualifications and send their information to you for review. You may conduct an interview as well, if desired. If you decide to move forward with the candidate we will proceed to payroll the employee for a term of 520 hours. After the required hours have been met, the employee is eligible to transfer to your payroll. We also offer contract buyouts if you decide to hire an employee before 520 hours.
Goodwin Personnel has qualified staff readily available to assist you. You may need temporary staff to cover for an employee on maternity leave, out on vacation, out sick, or maybe for a special project. We can help!

This service is often used at times as a trial period for an employee you have found but may not ready to hire directly. Utilizing this service does include all expenses and liability incurred in hiring the employee.
