Goodwin Personnel is proud to have been helping match outstanding employers with exceptional employees in the South Texas Crossroads area for over 60 years. Our business has a long history in this community, working with businesses across all segments of the professional, industrial and service industries. Founder, Dick Goodwin, built the business on a strong foundation of customer service, community involvement, and attention to detail.

In 1989 Dick made the decision to retire, passing ownership to Pam Corporon, who had been an important member of the Goodwin team for many years. Pam continued to build on the reputation forged by the company founder, cementing Goodwin Personnel’s place in the community.

In 2015 the next generation took over operation of Goodwin Personnel when Pam’s granddaughter, Jennifer Ruiz, and her husband, Kevin, purchased the company. Under the leadership of the Ruizes, Goodwin has integrated the latest industry technology while continuing to emphasize the importance of customer service, community involvement, and attention to detail.
