Below you will find the three main types of job placements Goodwin Personnel provides:
You work for our employers on an as needed basis.
You work for our employer for 520 hours for a full time employee, 300 hours for a part-time employee. Upon completion of these hours an employee can convert to the employer's payroll at employer's discretion.
You are hired directly by the employer for a negotiated fee.
